For those members who would like to voluntarily withdrawl the bylaws confirm that all you have to do is send a letter in to the Supreme Secretary at:

1 Columbus Plaza,
New Haven, CT 06510-3326

Forward a copy of this to your Financial Secretary and your Grand Knight; and they should also forward it up to the District and State Deputy.
